PSI offers packaged high-speed, high-power InP photodetectors with unsurpassed device linearity. The D4 Photodiode series consists of four photodetector products covering 10-GHz, 15-GHz, 20-GHz and 25-GHz 3-dB bandwidth, respectively. We also provide customized photodetectors up to 40 GHz. The D4 Photodiodes contain an integrated bias network that provides continuous operation from 1 GHz to the specified 3-dB roll-off frequency.
